Our chickens love their new Omlet Run as do the humans of the family . Its a win win , easy to assemble and it looks great . Craig and Cherie
Bought this to use at a friends bach we go to regularly. It looks great and so nice to have a completely enclosed space. A few little criticisms though. The mesh holes in the bottom are small obviously to keep chicks in. But the upper half and roof mesh is wider and unfortunately big enough to let sparrows in which i was hoping to keep out. Also the clips are easy to use but I’m a bit worried they won’t survive being used too many times if we have to disassemble/reassemble many times. Overall, expensive but i am happy with the purchase.
Omlet Walk-In Chicken Run
I am the proud owner of the Omlet walk in run, required urgently before Christmas to protect my newly hatched chickens from a family members' naughty dogs. The run was dispatched urgently, quickly erected and my little chickens stayed safe throughout the dogs' visit. An excellent product and fabulous service from Fionna and her team. Many Thanks!
We are delighted we have found you! We love our doves and they seem to love the Omlet home we have bought from you, and built in our garden!
The Walk-In Chicken Run is available in two heights. The Hi-Rise version allows you to literally walk straight in. You can then spend more time with your chickens, tidy the run and top up food and water containers, all with the greatest of ease. The Lo-Rise version gives your hens plenty of secure floor space but at a lower height and a lower price.
Keeping your chickens safe in an attractive and spacious environment is what the Walk-In Chicken Run was designed for. It gives you peace of mind that your pets are getting the best care possible. Omlet's experience and reputation for designing beautiful products that work are on show across several key features of the Walk-In Chicken Run.
The wire mesh dimensions: Lower panels are 7.3cm x 2.3cm and the upper mesh and roof panels are 7.3cm x 4.5cm
The Walk-In Chicken Run has a detachable anti-tunnel skirt. Similar to the Eglu Run Skirt, this will prevent predators from digging in.
This skirt is 20cm wide and sits on the outside of the run. Please note the dimensions for the WIRs include the skirt so bear this in mind when working out the size of run required.
Add screw pegs to provide extra strength and security.
The anti-predator skirt helps to make sure your chickens are safe.
The brand new door lock uses gravity to drop naturally into the locked position, meaning you don't have to remember to slide the bolt back across, as you do in a traditional lock. You can lock and unlock the door from both inside and outside the Walk-In Chicken Run.
If you opt for the Hi-Rise Walk-In Chicken Run, you’ll have the benefit of a stable style door. The top and bottom of the door open independently allowing you to feed your chickens without them nipping between your legs to get to your vegetable patch. Extra doors can be purchased and added to the poultry run in various positions too. The Lo-Rise Walk-In Chicken Run still has a large door which is easy to reach through and ideal for placing a feeder or drinker.
"Such a great product. Previously I had a coop and separate run and was picking them up to put them out which would stress them out and me. Now they’re happy, and I can sit out watching them with a glass of wine." - Ellie UK

Care and Maintenance
Omlet strives to make the world's best pet products. You should note that some components are made from metal and the coating may need maintenance over time. Regular care and maintenance is important to increase the life of your Omlet Outdoor Pet Run. We recommend regular rinsing with potable water especially if you live in an area or suburb that is coastal or prone to sea breezes or salty air. If rust spots do develop, then you should repair them to give your outdoor pet run the best chance of staying well maintained.
