Powered by the control panel of the Automatic Chicken Coop Door, the coop light will automatically come on 5 minutes before the door closes and turns off once the door is fully closed. For your convenience, the Coop Light can be manually switched on at any time with the press of a button on the Auto Door control panel. This is particularly useful if you get home after dark and need to remove eggs or check that your hens are safely roosting. The coop light will automatically turn itself off 2 minutes later. The Coop Light is easy to install and can be attached to the inside of an Eglu Coop or any wooden chicken coop. With a 2 metre-long lead, the Coop Light can also be attached to any kind of mesh and if you are using your Autodoor on a chicken run, the light can be positioned inside the run instead of inside the coop.
