Appletons Hen House and fully enclosed run, is well constructed and easy to put together with clear instructions. It is able to be put together by one person and takes about 2 hours. The details and assistance from Appletons is excellent and they provide excellent information on looking after your chickens. Highly recommend the hen House

could have a lid or strap to cover top to stop the roosters bouncing out tho - but if you put something over the top or hold the feet its works great - really excellent to help with this horrible task

Easy purchase online, quickly disassembled and loaded onto the trailer for the long trip home.
These were the early highlights.
Assembly. Three words. Piece of cake. Took under two hours by one person with an extra set of hands to hold bits. Instructions, when required, were easy to follow.
Was painted inside and out before assembly which makes it a lot easier. 
Very happy with the henhouse.

Brilliant. Well worth the price. Love how it folds for storage but also is nice and strong. The waterproof mat attachment is very clever!

We bought the Eglu cube for some special chickens and we love it! It’s a very clever design and easy to put together. The only thing we would suggest is that somewhere in the instruction manual it says to read all manuals first. We thought we’d put the eglu together first in the garage because it was raining and do the run the next day but then discovered it all had to be taken apart again in order to construct the run. It was easy to do and the run manual was clear but maybe it should be mentioned in the Eglu manual as well. Otherwise, couldn’t be happier. We’ve wanted one for years but balked at the price. We don’t regret the purchase at all.

Had the same experience as some other clients: worms were pooped out after just a couple of days, which allowed us to identify them quickly. Our egg production has re-increased since (though we're not totally out of the woods yet).

I have modified it slightly to accommodate my 6 week old chicks who are very happy to be able to move to new grass each day , love the way the wheels work and I can move it myself

The people at Appletons were super helpful. And even with the cost of postage it was worthwhile to have them shipped to northland. We just wish we had a branch of Appletons up here!

Good product, just having trouble getting it to hold water. I have used a level to get it sitting flat but the water seems to leak out over a few hours. Followed the instructions but not holding water for some reason. maybe the one with the legs would have been a better option.

Thank you for making the process so easy. All the product and clear easy to follow instructions. My chickens are alot happier. Happy with your product and have just purchased some Poultry Pep for them.

Fence works well and is great to have a movable option.

Two things that were less than ideal was that the net is folded in half for shipping and is VERY hard and annoying to flatten out for assembly. Especially if you have 21m or 32m!

It also isn't super evident that this is designed to form a box shape. If you need an end to end fence you need to fudge the gate poles a bit differently to the instructions.

I've got some heavyweight heritage breed hens, and this ladder is so much easier for them to navigate! The first night I had to actually lock them in their coop in order to force them to use it, lol. They'd watched me removing the original metal ladders from their two Eglu Cubes with great interest, then proceeded to give the new ladders side-eye looks for the remainder of the day.
They gathered in little groups now and then to stare at and comment on these new additions to their domain, lol.
After that first day of suspicion they've never looked back. No more wing flapping to help climb up the stairs and no more hurling themselves out on the odd occasion (to speed up the downwards travel, which must have felt awkward at times). Now they just plod up and down sedately, no doubt appreciating the comfortable footing. I can't recommend these ladders enough. Super easy to install, and now I've got a couple of extra metal ladders to incorporate into some other henny based construction, lol.

Super easy to clean and cut to shape. There's a lot less mess than when we had leaves, It helped get one of our chooks off her brooding when I put it in, which in a way is a bonus. Eggs roll from it due to our set up, so had to lift the sides to prevent that.

Love it. Works perfectly first time and makes watering so easy.
