I had issues with shop app not recognising addresses. I sent an email on a weekend expecting a reply on the Monday. I got a response within an hour and an assurance it would be sorted that afternoon and sure enough an email order was sent to me. What amazing service.

Excellent advice and prompt service. The wild pheasants were easily trained to use the Bantam and Pheasant feeder. Using this product means no pesky sparrows or vermin and the wheat remains dry. Perfect for the task. Highly recommend.

The Shipping to the North Island with Post Haste is slow. Waiting for De-mite powder & safeguard to fix a Mite problem ASAP. Checked shipping and said that it would be expected overnight, maybe a day for rural. Rung postage company and was told they had put 2 day dilivery sticker on it plus a rural (Extra Day). Wish that had faster shipping.
Sean was expecting overnight delivery, which we do not offer. He assumed we did, which resulted in him not being a happy customer. Shipping timeframes are available to view under our shipping tab. For deliveries to a NI rural address, please allow 2 to 3 working days plus an additional 24 to 48 hours for rural. If Sean wanted an urgent delivery, he only had to ask via email or phone, and we could have arranged a quicker delivery option for him. We do our very best to be helpful 😊

My daughter is very pleased with the cage. She has a number of rescue Guinea pigs and the seem much happier in this cage. No steep ramp to climb as in their other cage. Very easy to clean and they love the Hide and tunnel.

The fadge of sawdust was the right choice over my old hay habbits. This level of service and enthusiasm is hard to find at the best of times. just bought our second appletons chicken house and once again good delivery easy to put together and perfect for our needs. our first coop we bought 8-10 years ago and is still is top condition very pleased with it thank you appletons
We got our chickens from Appletons and order their pellets, grit and wood chips from them also. Always good service and very helpful
