Love this, as do the chooks - clever girls got the idea straight away. Good quality, smaller than I thought (but that’s my bad for not reading the specs.).

Good little toy. We saw these in the UK whilst house sitting last year. Start by hanging it lower to the ground until the chooks know what to do, then gradually raise it up until they have to jump to get food out. Unfortunately the cunning wild birds have also worked out a technique to get food, but still...a great wee toy.

Fantastic product and my girls love. Some just sit and wait while some have the hang of it. Lovely to sit back and watch plus keeps them entertained for ages

My chickens are ok with the toy after the bravest one had a go at it.
However the sparrows try to get their beaks in to. Some hover like hummingbirds. Had hoped they would give this a miss, as I bought it to replace the snack balls my chickens liked and which the sparrows too were able to operate.
Also wonder why the manufacturer put holes in the top of the toy; rains het in and wets the seed snack. Very disappointing.
Wouldn’t buy another one . More work for me; no manic fun for the chickens.

Bought this in a moment of indulgent cluckiness (on my part), wanting to give the girls a bit of fun and entertainment, but they seem just too dumb to use it.
They get a whole lot more out of a pile of leaves, weeds and clippings with the treats sprinkled over - hours of happy scratching and squabbling!

My chooks love this boredom buster and all gather around to get the treats. Highly recommend this product.

I have 6 young hens. Maybe they just need to learn whats in the peck toy, but they don't seem overly interested at the moment.

My hens very quickly got the hang of how to get the wheat to drop and it keeps them occupied. Quick and easy to top up too. I'm very happy with it.

Cant believe how much entertainment it gives our chicken and built with great quality, durable and long lasting entertainment for the chooks. We found that it could be used as a weeding tool too, just put on top of the weed you want removed, the chooks will naturally peak at the feed also the weed overtime!!

Great little enrichment toy for the hens. They worked out how to use it within minutes.

I haven't seen the chickens use it but given that it came up empty the both times I have put it out I guess they have figured it out. It was a little bit smaller than I expected but so far seems to have held up to all the pecking! So far so good.
