Colourful Pheasants on our Block

We have been raising colourful pheasants on our block for many years. Initially, we built large timber mesh flights and planted trees around them. However, over time, the birds got lost in the treed jungle and were almost forgotten. To change that, we decided to create a new home for them on our lawn. This way, we could enjoy their beauty, and they could be in full view of everything we do.
 
During Easter, we set up two magnificent Omlet Walk-In Run Enclosures, complete with Omlet Poletree perches and covers for our Lady Amherst pheasants. We also keep the Chinese Golden pheasants. Our group of goldens has been enjoying life in our garden for eight years – also in an Omlet Walk-In run. They love the seed treats and greens we give them daily.
We are now taking the time again to enjoy their beauty and the sheer pleasure of keeping ornamental pheasants.
It's pheasant time, and we are loving every moment of it.

Rediscovered joy 😍

Our lawn has become a lively and colourful sight, thanks to the free-range pheasants that we have released over the years. These magnificent creatures now grace us with their presence as they spend their days dancing and prancing around the Omlet enclosures. Their vibrant feathers and playful nature add a touch of joy and wonder to our daily routines, reminding us of the beauty of nature and the simple pleasures in life.
