We used the tunnel to extend our primary dog run into the meshed area under our trampoline effectively doubling our run space. Easy, sturdy. We purchased a Zippo tunnel and omlet run to add onto our onlet hutch and 2m run for our 2 bunnies. Well Cupcake and Cookie are super chuffed dashing up and down the tunnel and popping their heads up in the lookout. It makes it easier to get their food dishes and the kids can visit with them more readily too. A great buy!

The tunnel is great - sturdy and easy enough to put together. We use it to connect the main run with hutches in to a second smaller run which we can move daily to give our bunnies fresh grass - it works really well.
My only issue was cost - it was a high cost item so I took a while to order it but I understand there is shipping costs to New Zealand and it seems well made so hopefully will be a worthwhile investment. My only gripe was shipping costs. It was $60 just for the tunnel to ship which seems high (by comparison the smallish run made of metal and much heavier only cost $15 to ship). There were no cheaper shipping items and pick up option still cost $50 which again seems excessive.

We've attached our tunnel system to our bunnies playpen which is the outer railing surrounding their home for their run during the day. It was easy to assemble. Our bunnies enjoy using their new tunnel and its great exercise for them.

I live in a high rainfall area and have 2 large Rabbits, Flemish Giant and Rex one is 5.5 kgs so big girl. She has no trouble zooming back and forth from their inside shed/hutch to the large outside run.
Easy to assemble with excellent guide book sent. I have already reordered another 2x tunnels and connectors and will be back for more

Our rabbit loves the Zippi tunnel system. He zips between his run and hutch whenever he pleases and it seems to have made him a much happier bunny. 😊 We will look to extend the tunnel system further at some stage in the near future to make it even more fun for him.

Easy to put together and the bunnies love everything, I do find things a bit over priced but no issues with the quality etc. I will keep buying things to make it more fun for our bunnies they are worth it.

I love love love the zippi concept and it’s perfect for my situation. I live on a hillside with uneven ground and my bunnies dig so with the clip in floor they can still dig and not escape, and with the tunnels I can position the second run wherever there is fresh grass. Appletons customer service is flawless, and delivery was fast and efficient.

Optional | Lock-Out Door
A really useful feature of the Zippi rabbit tunnel system is the optional Lock-Out Door that can be added to any Zippi Door Frame. It’s a brilliant way to be able to temporarily control your pet’s access into the Zippi tunnel system.

Safety Every Day of the Year
The Zippi tunnels are designed to ensure your pets stays safe and protected when exploring.
The tunnels have a unique locking connector at each end which requires two buttons to be released to open it. In addition each connector can be further secured, if necessary, using the locking screw. The tunnels have been temperature tested and can be used in hot and cold conditions, and each section of activity tunnel has ventilation and drainage holes throughout its entire length.
We recommend closing off the tunnels at night to keep your rabbits and guinea pigs safe in their hutch.
