For door deliveries please ensure your address is entered correctly. We will check and confirm all freight quotes and amend if required. Please note if you are requesting a door delivery there must be truck access, someone needs to be available on site to assist with a hand-unload otherwise opt for a depot delivery. Hello again 😊

I just wanted to express how absolutely over the moon I am with this purchase!!

I had a very busy end to the year so I've only managed to get the enclosure up this week.

Installation was intuitive and the instructions were excellent. Because my outdoor space is so limited, I had to make some DIY modifications, but the modular nature of the system made doing that a breeze.

I've had to install the skirting half outside and half inside the cage which I've secured with heavy marquee sandbags — they work perfectly! As per your suggestion, I left one panel off for the window to open into and it is absolutely rock solid. A discrete strip of gaffer tape makes sure that there is no gap between the window and the cage entrance.

This 20 second YouTube video was taken before I had finished all of the bells and whistles but it's the first time Jim had been outside in months, so quite a special moment!

Those are some happy ears!!

These days, making big purchases online sight-unseen is a huge gamble. I've previously dropped thousands of dollars on products expecting premium quality, only for absolute junk to show up at my door. I'm so relieved to discover that this product is very much worth it's price.

Great design and easy to understand instructions

We bought the Omlet balcony enclosure. I was dreading putting it together because I normally don't understand assembly instructions and my husband doesn't look at them. But even I knew what to do and once my husband had a proper look we had no problem putting the enclosure together. We are yet to finalise everything because of where it has to go. Access for the cats is a bit tricky but the enclosure is up and has survived 2 very windy nights.

Important! Please Read Before Using Your Product
When using the Cat Balcony Enclosure on a balcony, roof terrace or other similarly elevated position, you must secure your cat balcony enclosure directly to your building to help prevent high winds from lifting it. You should always use metal fixings to either attach it to a balcony railing or to bolt it to your building. Appropriate fixings are available from all good DIY shops. If in any doubt consult a qualified installer. In windy conditions, we would always advise removing any shades, hammocks and covers as a secondary safety measure, as the weight of the enclosure itself is may not be enough to prevent a high wind from lifting it.

New Mesh Design 2024-2026
From May 2023, the panels of the run come in two pieces, attached together with run clips. This is to reduce packaging and to keep shipping costs as low as possible. The stability and integrity of the run is unchanged, and the assembly process remains the same, the new design just makes it quicker and easier for the product to be shipped straight to your garden. During the transition period it is possible that you might receive a mix of the old and new design. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service team.
