Best Option Out There

I looked for ages to find a good replacement for my badly aging 5-year old wooden hutch & metal run, which was either chewed to splinters or rusting in the rain. This was the best option I could find, with the plastic hutch & coated metal run, & I’m so happy with it. It’s a very clever design & easy to assemble. I definitely recommend adding the wheels & handles if you’re going to be moving it around - they make it SO much quicker, safer & easier, & are an equally ingenious design. I’m so impressed with this product & really think it will be worth the financial investment. Thank you Appletons.

Great hutch, and very simple to put together…..if you read all the instruction books for the extensions etc before starting. If you don’t you’ll be like me and take the last few steps apart several times during the build 😅

New piggie heaven

So awesome to get a space you know the piggies will be warm and dry, safe from other animals and with lots of space to be outside too. Took a bit to put up but you tube video helped. Only constructive feedback would be it would be good to have a parental lock on the hutch turn handle dirt so toddlers/preschoolers weren’t able to open unsupervised. Mine is watching very carefully and trying to do it himself.

I am very happy with the hutch, It feels safe for my guinea pigs when they get their outdoor time. I got the 2m run which I felt was best for 3 guinea pigs and the size has turned out well

Easy To Clean

Cleaning the Eglu Go Rabbit Hutch is a doddle, and just a few minutes each week will keep it looking (and smelling) smart and fresh. The large door at the back allows easy access to the house, and the slide-out tray makes it quick to change your pet's bedding. The droppings make a great fertiliser for your plants, just add them to your compost bin. The Eglu's smooth plastic surfaces do not absorb moisture, making it more hygienic than a wooden hutch, and it can be washed all over with a quick blast of a hose or pressure washer. Easy!

The Eglu Go Hutch has a rabbit run large enough to give your pets the exercise they need to develop strong bones and stay fit and healthy, and they will love being able to go in and out of their house as they please. Unlike other runs, this comes with an anti-tunnel base, so your pets won't escape, and your garden will remain intact. The run has a dark green coating that blends into the garden beautifully. The run has spacious vertical sides, increasing in width to 125cm and reaching a height of 80cm at the end, giving your pets plenty of room to stand upright, and the run door can be opened to stroke, feed, or lift your rabbits out regularly.
The holes in the anti-tunnel underfloor mesh have been sized so that they won't interfere with your rabbits movement whilst enabling grass to grow through it. Although grass is great for rabbits, it is possible to keep them if you don't have a lawn. You can keep the Eglu on a patio area, but you should provide them with a deep sand box to dig in.

When you buy an Eglu Go Rabbit Hutch 2m you will get a bespoke hay rack, 600ml water bottle and a stainless steel feed bowl absolutely free!
No is cover included with your purchase. If you would like a shade cover please purchase this separately. Rabbits benefit from a shade cover as they are prey animals. A rabbit feels secure and not as vulnerable when hidden under a shade cover.

Please note that we are currently sending out two types of underfloor mesh, so depending on the size of the run you choose
there is a possibility you might receive two different types of mesh. This will not affect the structure of the run or the way your pets use it.
