We have a 10kg one and a 20kg one. They're awesome, keep the rain, mice and birds out, but let our chickens feed easily. Wouldn't be without one now. I've got two so I can fill them up and it lasts a decent amount of time between fills.

We bought one of these feeders years ago, and it is only now that it needs to be replaced, so very good quality. Very easy for hens to figure out. The plastic footplate is much better than metal footplates for skittish hens.

The chickens took to the feeder like ducks to water, happily feeding under 3 days. Also purchased a rat guard but couldn't find instructions on how/where to install.

It is an excellent product. The small size can usually feed one hen at a time. It takes a bit of time and training for the hens to learn to eat. But it definitely reduces food waste.

Excellent product for my silkies and now wild birds can eat elsewhere.

This is my second Feed-O-Matic Treadle Feeder. For me this is the only way to go, I just love them. So easy and clean to use, keeps out bugs & pests that shouldn’t be there. Comes in various sizes so if you have a large flock or small they are catered for.
However when installing make sure to position feeder under cover as not totally waterproof. Other then that for me they are a MUST FOR YOUR CHICKENS!!

One of the fitted items fixed by pop rivet was upside down. Caused a bit of frustration.

The hens will now be fed , without human interference, for many days

Took my girls a few days to work it out but they have it down. Less free meals for the sparrows 👍

Great product. Easy to assemble and works a treat for my 4 chickens. Not slow to work it out but did need some initial guidance. Now my chicken phobic husband does not have feed them when I am away!

I bought this as the sparrows were taking over my chook area like something out of a horror film! My girls only took one day to work it out and no more sparrows! Great product. I would definitely recommend it.

Great feeder, the chooks have accustomed well to the brilliant feeder mechanism which is cleverly designed, is super quiet and user friendly for humans and chooks alike. Super easy to top up with additional pellets, also using existing feed first to keep it fresh. So good that I will not even consider other types of feeder designs in the future.

I have had other feeders but this is by far the best one. NO other birds can get in and steal any food from the chooks. Easy to use and not as noisy as the metal ones.

We have had some much trouble with sparrow eatingall our chook food. It was costing us way more than it should have. Once we bought the first Feed-O-Matic as realise how awesome it was, we have bought two more.

I was wasting so much money on feeding the local bird life and couldn’t go away without having someone to feed my chickens so I needed an auto feeder ASAP. After reviewing different products on the market I decided on the Feed-O-Matic. Such a great choice, It was super easy to put together and my chickens only took 3 days to learn to use it. I added a sprinkle of there favourite treat mealy worms to the feed and that made the whole training process super simple.

The team gave me great advice on how to look after our chook, will be back!

I'm very happy with this feeder, especially that the rain can't get in and make the feed wet. My chooks figured it out quickly.

We have had a problem with the int we bought. The grain was not flowing into the feeder and upon investigation we found one of the wing nuts had come undone. That one was in place when we received it. We now need a replacement wing nut because the one that has come out cannot be found! Can you please send another. I’m sure once it is sorted the unit will work for us!

Very good, saves the chickens waiting at the door to be fed every morning. They learnt very fast and even the Peking ducks have figured it out now. Stops sparrows eating the grain as well
