Very happy

When our previously clucky hen wouldnt sit on the eggs anymore, this little beauty came along and saved the day. Looking forward to using it again to raise more chicks

Generally really happy with this incubator. It’s a bit noisier than I’d expected but otherwise well designed and made to last from what I have seen so far.

This incubator allows control over the hatching process. Although it is hands on and involves time it is better than leaving the eggs progress to the fickle chicken to control.

Bought the incubator, put 16 quail eggs in, turned eggs 4 times a day, added water every two days, 10 eggs have hatched so far.
It works. It's a bit loud but that's okay.

The incubator is working well and very well made. It is keeping its temperature spot on. It’s only day 13 so we don’t know if our first hatch of ducks will be successful but so far so good.

I am not impressed with the design of this product. I was immediately aware of how noisy it is compared to my other one (different brand). I have struggled all the way through the incubation period to take the lid off one-handed to turn the eggs, and even then to return it to its correct position with the vent and water tank.

Then having hatched not even half of the number of quail eggs, all the chicks just ‘fell out’ when I went to transfer them to a brooder with there being no ‘lip’ or bowl effect at the base to keep them contained while I picked up one at a time to transfer them.

The only feature I do like is the option of filling the tank externally, although even so, since I have to take the dome right off to turn the eggs, since I can’t hold it off with one hand, I could easily fill an internal water tank at the same time.
