Keep the Chickens Off the Deck and Out of the Vegetable Garden.
If you are looking for some netting to fence in your chickens, this is a great choice. This handy fencing blends into your garden and is available as a 12, 21, 32 & 42 metre roll and is very easy to put up and move about. It can be used to keep your chickens within an area, giving them more space to roam or, of course, out of a part of your garden, like your prized vegetable garden!
Fantastic friendly service. They go the extra mile. Happily recommend.
After having the chickens get out into my garden for the 30th time, I'd had enough and ordered the omlet fencing late afternoon. Literally arrived the next morning- amazing! So easy to put together and I love that I can move them around. Would recommend
We bought the 21m Omlete Chicken Fence to keep our chickens contained (and stop pooing on the deck). It has worked a treat, while giving our 4 chickens a good amount of room to scratch and be chickens. Great product, and easy to setup (even for our 3 year old with a bit of direction)
We chose this for its smaller dimension holes as our dog was getting her head stuck in the older style of string/rope netting. Small animals also got tangled up in loose netting as did the hens, so the use of a harder plastic type of net is an improvement.
The extending poles with sprung nipple like settings (like on a metal walking stick) in the new set are a good idea for contour adjustments but sprung nipple adjusters are very hard to use before they are in the netting and even harder when they are already in it. I think the quality of the adjustable poles is not quite good enough and time will tell if they are rustproof. There were insufficient poles if you are fitting into a contour but would work well if doin a square or a circle around an Egglu on a flat lawn, but are a challenge if fitting around an uneven surface. I am not convinced the design of the poles is an improvement over the old style yet or how long the metal poles will last out in the weather. Fancy little clips to hold the poles and the netting together are very good, but need more for the size of kit (12 metres).
The gate is really good, if a little complex, though the instructions are excellent…but it still took me a while to figure out how to make the gate fit next to a wooden roosting box. An end piece or a wall fitting would work better with each set.
The netting itself was a lot like some standard garden netting.
The black movable poultry fencing blends well amongst the flora and fauna of your garden, so it doesn’t stand out and it’s almost invisible from a distance. By contrast the guy ropes are hi-vis and contain a reflective strand that makes them stand out day and night to guard against any trips or accidents.
This handy chicken fencing comes in a roll and is very easy to put up and move about. It will save you so much time compared to a traditional post and chicken wire solution. All poles have two spikes that provide great stability and make it easy to 'tread' them into the ground. The netting is designed to be tangle-free and peck proof for added security and durability, meaning that it is easier to use and more secure than ever.
Omlet’s flexible chicken fencing comes with an inbuilt gate which features a newly redesigned catch that is stronger and more comfortable to use. You can also set the width of the gate opening to your preferred size making it easy to get in and out to feed your chickens. Another great feature of the gate is that you can position it wherever you want within the layout you have chosen, you can put it at any end, the middle or anywhere else. The width of the gate opening can also be adjusted to suit.
Available in 4 different sized rolls to suit your garden's/chickens' needs. You can also make any shape of chicken enclosure you like, rather than just squares or rectangles.
The Omlet Chicken Fencing is now easy to spot at night and on gloomy evenings thanks to some new reflective features. Not only are the guy ropes reflective but the gate now also features a reflective badge so you can find it easily in the dark.
This is really handy in winter when you might be popping out to check on your hens at dusk.
This netting is intended as a means of keeping your chickens in a contained area. It is not predator, rodent or rabbit proof nor can it be electrified.
With an overall height of 1.25m, (which is taller than most chicken fencing), you can be confident that even the most determined of your feathered friends won’t make a great escape! The poles of the fence are also adjustable to ensure that the netting remains tight and secure at all times.
This poultry fencing is also suitable for use with smaller chickens like bantams. The fencing has the same size holes from top to bottom that are approximately 50mm wide.

A simple gate kit to add an additional gate to your Mk2 Omlet Chicken Fencing. This is ideal to make your chicken free-ranging area even more flexible, and to your own specification with no tools required.
This netting is intended as a means of keeping your chickens in a contained area. It is not predator, rodent or rabbit proof nor can it be electrified. If you keep stock in the same area or have a rabbit issue please have a look at our Poulnet Orange Electric fencing.Poulnet Electric Fencing
The beauty about the New Omlet Chicken Fencing is the mesh netting. It is fairly rigid and has little flex in it making it the perfect solution to use on level ground. We recommend if you are wanting chicken fencing that has more give and slack in it, especially if your ground is bumpy and hilly, then we recommend considering the Poulnet fencing. This is a nylon rope style fencing and better suited to uneven, hilly ground.Poulnet Fencing Non-Electric
Due to the nature of the polyers (plastic) and the manufacturing process there might be the odd very minor imperfection like a split strand in your new mesh netting. In production, the plastic netting is first produced on a small scale, heated and then stretched through a series of rollers and guides to the specified grid size. This split strand is a fairly infrequent occurrence in this process where the stretching of the polymer has resulted in a non-uniform result. The netting should retain it's integrity despite this divided strand.
The fencing poles are made of aluminium and are sturdy but still need to be handled with respect and not kicked or forced.
The fencing will arrive folded down the middle and as a result may have a temporary crease when first assembled. This will disappear after a short period of use.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns and offer refunds on Omlet Chicken Fencing.
