They’re working well. The pullets found their way on the second day. The battery says 0% I read the batteries need replacing every four months? I’ll give it this first month for the hens to settle and then change the batteries just in case there’s an issue. I’m not an electrician etc, it was easy to install. It took me a few goes to programme but now it’s easy. The instructions for when to install were not correct for the package( or I made a mistake) have learnt that although moving the eglu is easy, I’m careful not to change it’s orientation unless necessary. I have a winter and summer side of the garden for them.
