Ceramic Heat Emitter | Elstein

Description

Top quality. Top brand.

An excellent source of heat for newly hatched chicks.
Unlike other light bulbs, ceramic heat emitters generate only ceramic radiant heat - not light. This not only saves you energy but also prevents keeping your animals awake at night, simulating a natural cycle and promoting greater health, growth and vitality. Because no energy is wasted as light, they are much warmer than a standard 100W light globe and give off intense radiant heat very quickly - perfect for raising your young chicks, pheasant and ducklings. Ceramic heat emitters also last much longer than conventional lighting bulbs which helps offset the upfront costs. They have a very long life span of up to 10 000 hours if used correctly. They are suitable as a constant heat source for both poultry and in terrariums. Protect against water splashes and knocks.

Available in 100W, 150W and 250W.

IMPORTANT: Use only in ceramic bulb holders.

Elstein-Werk founded and patented the infrared ceramic heat emitter.  Based on the highest possible quality and performance level, their heating elements and systems completely fulfill all demands that customers and users expect from the ceramic infrared emitter.

These are the emitters we use at Appletons and sell in our Appletons Brooder Starter Packages and Radiant Heat lamp Sets.

    Emitter.

The ceramic emitter, connected to the power supply via a thermostatic switch, is keeping the frost out of a small pump shed. No light means no moths!
